Wells Design Build, under the ownership and management of Michael Wells, is firmly established in North Carolina. A Raleigh native, Michael graduated from the School of Design at North Carolina State University in 1989 and began his career in construction as a framing contractor for prominent custom home builders in Raleigh. In 1999, after a decade of honing his skills in framing, Michael shifted his focus to residential remodeling and custom home construction. As your building contractor, he will personally manage every phase of your project, from design and estimation to planning and construction, ensuring timely completion.
